How I Use It in Coaching
Mindfulness doesn’t have to mean sitting for 30 minutes a day on a cushion. In my sessions, it can look like:
A brief grounding practice at the start of a call.
A guided breathing exercise to reset before tackling a big decision.
A visualization to anchor insights and create a sense of forward momentum.
Optional take-home meditations you can use between sessions.
